1)Do not place copper utensils in the refrigerator.

2)For everyday cleaning, use a mild dishwashing liquid/soap and warm water. Wipe clean and dry the utensil thoroughly before next use. Do not allow water to stay in the utensil after washing.

3)Don't scrub the exterior too hard.

4)To remove tarnish, use BRASSO or pour vinegar and salt over copper, rub in and remove the grime/tarnish. Then, rinse off with warm water and polish up with a soft dry cloth.
